SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note. This includes flash sale items and does not include final sale items.
- We do not offer refunds and returns to sale items.
•We only allow exchange if the items are; the wrong size or you want the product in a different color. We only allow 1 exchange. - Customer must shoulder shipping fee for both returns and re-send, including tax fees, etc.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Bottoms must be unworn with the hygiene sticker attached to be eligible for return.
- If you have received your items as a gift and are unsure of your order number, please use the link above and select returning or exchanging a gift.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email maeshopbali@gmail.com with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.
- If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.
- As all of our collections are limited editions, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
